Was tired of being nice by catching and releasing every other day as that is not a routine that was going to improve, so needed an alternative. These guys were easy to use and honest. My husband called for a quote with terminix and they were $100 more expensive than Freedom Pest Control. Terminix also had told us that they'd need to do at least 9 treatments for a minor issue with those little black ants. Anyhow, these guys weren't as expensive they were quick and thorough and within two treatments our problem was solved. Keep money local especially when you've got a good company like this to work with. I'd recommend these guys for sure!
The owner and employees of this company are the most compassionate group we have come across. They are so accommodating and caring when it came to them taking care of my grandparents home they did everything they could to get rid of their pest problem even with the challenge of not being able to work on the inside because of my grandfather being ill and not being able to leave the house!! Called several local firms before finding a real human with compassion to help, not just make a sale. Needed treatment for my elderly parents home and we were treated with respect on the phone by the service manager and the technician was informed, professional and respectful in their home when he arrived. Thought it could take up to 4 treatments, but problem was completed resolved in 2 - they could have charged us for continued service we didn't need, but they were honorable and told us the issue was resolved and no ongoing treatment was needed. Would highly recommend, and so glad we made the call.
